How long will it take to move in to my office?

An office can be ready for move-in within a couple of days of inquiry based on the client’s requirements.

Yes. Source Office Suites offers the flexibility of adding or moving offices to accommodate the changing needs of your business.

What is a Virtual Office?

A virtual office, (Source’s Business Identity Program), provides clients with a professional business address and phone number, mail and package delivery and access to conference rooms and guest offices without the expense of a private office. This program is specifically designed for home-based and start-up companies who need a professional image to grow their business.

Are office supplies available?

Yes. Source Office Suites contracts with a local, reputable office supply company to provide a complete line of office supplies at discounted rates which we pass on directly to our clients. Each location keeps about 100 different items on hand in their “Source Store.” A 1-day turn around is usually possible for any items not in stock.

Can I get help with my meetings in a Source Office Suites Conference room?

Yes. Source Office Suites can help you prepare for your meeting with printing, collating, copying, extra equipment, etc. We can also help with catering – arranging anything from basic beverage service to snacks to full meals. Just tell us what you want, and we’ll take it from there.

What equipment do I need to bring to my office?

Your computer is all you need to start working in your office at Source Office Suites. We have high speed copiers, fax machines, color printers, high speed internet access, fully equipped phones, a wide array of office supplies, and of course, a kitchen with coffee, a variety of teas and all of the condiments.

What options do you offer for access to the internet?

Source Office Suites offers a variety of high speed internet access packages that are tailored to the individual client’s needs.

What kind of incentives or special offers do you have?

Source Office Suites offers special incentives from time to time that are specific to individual locations. Ask the Operations Manager when you tour their center.
